He has represented both franchise and independent dealers\, finance companies and marketing firms. Prior to entering private practice he was Senior Deputy Attorney General and Chief of Consumer protection Section under former Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro.\n\n\n\nSteve Jordan\n\nCEO\, National Independent Automobile Dealers Association\n\n\n\nSteve was appointed as Executive Vice President of the NIADA on July 1\, 2013 after serving as its Chief Operating Officer for two years and as CEO / Executive Director of the Florida Independent Automobile Dealers Association for the two years previous to that. \n\n\n\nAs the NIADA EVP and chief executive\, Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NIADA and serves as the president of the NIADA Services Board and the NIADA Foundation Board of Trustees. Steve is responsible for maintaining and expanding the association's programs in governmental affairs\, public relations\, member services\, association publications and coordinating activities with NIADA's state affiliate organizations around the country.\n\n\n\nSteve Levine\n\nChief Legal and Compliance Officer of Ignite Consulting Partners\n\n\n\nAs Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Ignite\, Levine helps independent car dealers and finance companies develop compliance and training initiatives\, as well as other legal and business issues.  He has a diverse auto finance background of over 20 years\, having served as General Counsel of Regional Acceptance and AutoStar Solutions\, a national Dealer Management System (DMS) and technology provider for independent auto dealers.  He is a frequent contributor to industry publications and provides compliance and legal insight.\n\n\n\nJason Janikowski\n\nDetective Arizona Department of Transportation Dealer Investigation Unit\n\n\n\nJason has spent 20 years in the Army and National Guard\, starting off as an Armor Crewman then re-classed to Military Police. After 9/11 he was chosen to join an Anti-Terrorism Weapons of Mass Destruction team. Then after working as a City Police Officer for 2 years he was hired by ADOT in 2011. In 2013 he moved to OIG and for the last year has been focusing most of his attention on curbstoning. \n\n\n\nOramel ("O.H.") Skinner\n\nSenior Litigation Counsel\n\nOffice of the Attorney General\n\n\n\nO.H. Skinner is a Senior Litigation Counsel within the Civil Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office.  His practice is primarily focused on consumer protection matters\, which includes handling investigations and enforcement actions\, serving as lead counsel in the State's action against Volkswagen over their diesel engine fraud\, and leading the Office's efforts under the Class Action Fairness Act to protect Arizona consumers from abuse in the federal class action settlement process. \n\n\n\nPrior to joining the Office in March of this year\, O.H. was a Boston-based Senior Associate in WilmerHale's Appellate & Supreme Court Litigation Group\; an associate in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray\; and a law clerk to the Honorable J.L. Edmondson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  O.H. is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTim Lane\n\nEnforcement and Compliance Division\, Director\n\nTim oversees ADOT's mission to protect Arizona's citizens and valuable infrastructure both through ensuring the safe and efficient movement of Commercial Motor Vehicle's and strict enforcement of driver's license and title fraud.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining ADOT in May of 2013\, Tim worked for the United States Department of Transportation\, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in Washington\, DC.
